11 min Sun Salutations Sequence
Led by Kathleen Shiflett, this standing yoga sequence will take you through a few rounds of sun salutations. It is a great practice to do at the beginning of your day or to prepare for more complex postures in your own sequence. Find some space, hop on your mat, add some upbeat music, and follow along for an energizing flow. Enjoy!
13 min Standing Sequence
Led by Kathleen Shiflett, this entire sequence will be a standing flow to get you moving and breathing. It can be done without any props and without a mat, making it the perfect practice to do on the go. Take a 15 min break wherever you are and practice with us! Clear some space, notice each inhale and exhale, and find your flow. Enjoy!
25 min Seated Hip Sequence
Led by Kathleen Shiflett, this seated yoga sequence focuses on hip opening. It is a great practice to do at the end of your day and could even be done in your bed at night. Gather a few props, lower the lights, add some relaxing music, and follow along for deep relaxation. Enjoy!

It is designed to bring balance and clarity into your body and mind, and a great choice to clear your sinuses.
