Hi! Im Rachel! I grew up in Indiana (Go Hoosiers) and moved to Texas in 2008. I started practicing yoga a couple years after. A value deep in my heart is living fully alive and balanced. Yoga really helped me bring balance and stregnth to my life physically, mentally, and emotionally. Learning to stretch out, slow down, and breathe has changed my life and I love helping others discover this for themselves in their own journeys.
